Shipping Time: It takes up to 1-2 business days to process your order and another 5-7 days for the order to arrive at your doorstep. In rare cases, the shipment may be slightly delayed and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please feel free to contact us at service@wkdog.com

Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are available before the product is shipped. Please note that WKdog will charge a 5% handling fee if you cancel your order for personal reasons. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service before the order is shipped.

When you purchase multiple items (including accessories), your order will most likely be split into multiple packages. Don't worry, WKdog will not miss any item.
